Diana – Office Manager

Originally from Albania, Diana brings her warmth and international flair to the heart of our office. Fluent in both Italian and Albanian, she is an active member of local Italian social groups—Italian culture shaped the backdrop of her childhood— its language , food, and traditions etched into her memory, now deeply embedded in her identify.

With a background in hospitality, Diana has a natural talent for making every patient feel at ease. Whether she’s greeting familiar faces or meeting someone new, she brings genuine care to every interaction. She has a special love for children and always goes the extra mile to ensure they feel comfortable and even excited to return. A big tennis fan, Diana is always happy to chat about the latest match!

Georgia – Assistant

Georgia is Diana’s right-hand support and a true team player. Currently studying Forensic Psychology at John Jay College, she brings both curiosity and compassion to the office every day.

Georgia is passionate about helping others and also keeps our waiting room upbeat with her love of music. Fluent in Spanish, she’s happy to connect with patients in their native language—and if you’re a foodie, she’s always got a new restaurant recommendation to share! Like Dr. Nichols Amed, Georgia grew up in Boston and is an avid sailor and scuba diver. She spends so much time on or under the water, we joke that she probably has gills!

Bozena – Lead Dental Assistant & Lab Technician

Working behind the scenes with over 20 years of experience in dental lab work, Bozena is the expert hands behind many of the smiles we create. Fluent in Russian and Polish, she brings a quiet strength and professionalism to everything she does.

Outside the lab, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling the world with her husband. She’s a true New Yorker at heart and appreciates the diversity and energy of the city. Her soft “hello” and kind presence make patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive.

Elizabeth – Dental Assistant & IT Specialist

Elizabeth is not only a skilled dental assistant—she’s also our in-house tech guru! Born in Canada and raised in North Carolina, she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina and brings her science smarts and problem-solving skills to everything she does. She also speaks Chinese, adding even more versatility to her role.

In her free time, Elizabeth is always on the move—she plays tennis when the weather’s warm and hits the slopes to snowboard in the winter. A lover of travel and the ocean, she’s always chasing her next scuba diving adventure.
